Bu politika; Geza Group International LLC tarafından işletilen denhaberler platformunda satın alınan dijital hizmetlerin iade ve iptal koşullarını düzenler. Tüm ödemeler Stripe üzerinden alınır.

English Summary

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions (monthly/yearly) can be cancelled anytime; service continues until the end of the paid period. First-time purchases of a premium subscription qualify for a 14-day full refund, no questions asked; yearly plans may receive a pro-rata refund for unused full months after that window; renewal charges are refundable within 7 days if the service was not used in the new period. Domain registration, renewal and transfer fees are non-refundable (paid immediately to registries) unless the registration technically failed. To request a refund, email info@geza.group with your purchase details; requests are reviewed within 5 business days and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
